In my work with clients I implement a strength-based approach and a strong belief that change is possible, that challenges can be addressed and resolved, and even used for personal growth. I view my role as a therapist is to guide and empower individuals to tap into their own hidden wisdom and limitless potential.
I primarily use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I incorporate and integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques and interventions as I do not believe that "One model fits all". Every individual is unique, and so is their story. I tailor my approach to meet clients’ specific needs, goals, and aspirations. I specialize in substance use and mood disorders, trauma, and attachment issues. I believe that when people adopt more adaptive behaviors and cognitions, they open a door to more fulfilling and happy life. A life that is true and authentic. and aligned with their true values.
